Subject: The Credit Crunch Tours & Mediums by gjspirithunter on 2009/4/15 8:33:10 We all know the world credit crunch has hit people and business very hard there are very few places or people it wont effect, the ghost and paranormal tours and events are no exception and there may be a silver cloud here though? It may see the end to those inflated prices charged by some tour companies the days of £100 plus for a ghost night experience may have gone for good we hope so! On another subject I looked at private readings from mediums to see what the range of prices were? well the resullts are vast from one end of the scale to the other. prices range from free! to a donation! to £10 per 20 mins with an average of £30 to £40 per appointment up to an hours duration, the most expensive I have heard off? £1000 per hour!!! and this guy was booked up several months in advance! Look as a medium myself with many years experience with private readings I can offer this advice, if a medium is professional and its their only occupation they have to charge a fee that is fair, in order to cover their time, travel and remember its their only income, and they have given up other normal work or jobs in most cases to be the best they can they need to be paid, very few can offer this for free if they can good look to them. Remember you dont get any better reading the more or less you pay, its about the medium, are they genuine? and are you really ready for a reading? is there a real need? or is it just a case of testing the water? If you dont feel you need the reading dont waste your time or money, and go by reputation if you can, also never part with valuable items or large amounts of money on the say so of the medium or psychic! ever! Do they cold read? false mediums do yes and bogus ones just like an illusionist does. Remember the spirit world are there to educate, comfort, support, and love you not to hurt or frighten you. Not all people who say they are mediums are genuine so be aware, I would say its around one in several hundred who say they are are the real deal, so its not as common as you may think. Oh and you dont really need any cards or other things to focus on in a reading thats really only for show! A genuine medium has no need of any such items to enhance their gifts. so take care and be open minded, it can be very enjoyable and uplifting if you are with the genuine artical, and as for those who say there is no such thing as the afterlfe or god, or human spirit? well they will have to wait and see wont they? Oh and are mediums just good psychics ? no they could communicate accurate information about your very near future too at times. best wishes to you all,and may you find the answers you seek.
