1. All participants in the event must be in good health, persons of an excessive nervous nature or anyone suffering a heart condition, or are recently bereaved are advised not to attend, some walking and climbing of stairs may be necessary as will moving in darkness with the aid of filtered red light.

2. Please ensure that no participant is under 18 years of age

3. IMPORTANT: if anyone arrives under the influence of alcohol or drugs and/or is suspected of bringing alcoholic drinks to the event, they will not be allowed to stay for the night and will be asked to leave the premises immediately. At certain events or locations wine or other alcoholic drinks may be made available for limited consumption with meals.

4. We do not allow smoking indoors. Please also ensure that no candles or other potential fire hazards are used during your stay

5. There are no sleeping facilities at our locations unless stated

6. You will stay with your allocated group and not work alone, unless indicated to do so or permission gained from the event leader.

7. We will not be liable for any loss or damage to equipment belonging to the participants during and after the event, even if caused by poltergeist or spirit activity

8. Although we cannot foresee any problems, accidents/incidents do happen, and all members of your team should preferably have their own third party insurance during your visit to the location since it is outside our normal public access categories. You are staying at the location at your own risk; we accept no liability for any accident or injury to yourselves, however caused.

9. By agreeing to these terms and conditions you further indemnify the organisers/promoters from and against all legal liability in respect of any costs, claims, damages, demands, penalties, actions, proceedings, suits, losses or expenses in respect of or arising out of the injury to or the death of any person, or damage to any property arising from my participation in the activity.

10. All luggage, clothing, equipment, vehicles and effects belonging to you or your part are your own responsibility. We are not responsible for the safe custody of attendee’s property, for its loss, damage or theft.

11. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by HAUNTED HERITAGE TOURS due to weather conditions or situations out of our control. When this occurs, HAUNTED HERITAGE TOURS will make every effort to ensure you receive a prompt refund of payment. 12. You agree that any and all services from Haunted Heritage Tours are for entertainment purposes only. We make no guarantees regarding the validity, truth or likelihood of any and all information obtained from our employees, psychics, mediums and clairvoyants on any of our events.

No perceived predictions, opinions, information, advice or comments made by our employees, psychics, and mediums or clairvoyants should be interpreted as factual or actual.

You, the Customer, are responsible for making your own decisions and it is understood that when our employees, Psychics, mediums and clairvoyants suggest something to you, it is an opinion of the consultant, and should NOT be interpreted as the only course of action.

13. Any event due to take place wholly or partially in the open air is likely to be affected by unsuitable/adverse weather conditions. In this case, Haunted Heritage Tours reserve the right to relocate the event to an area, which is undercover. In most cases all events take place, and it is your responsibility to bring suitable clothing to match the weather conditions for the time.

14. We suggest you either secure accommodation following the event or book transport home due to possible tiredness caused by the event. We do not accept any responsibility for any accidents or incidents caused after the event. Tiredness kills.

15. Throughout the event you and your party will act in a sensible manner and will not cause harm or injury to anyone else, any animal, or effect of property etc.

16. Please note that all stories about the location are not fabricated. The Haunted Heritage Tours Team have on occasion witnessed and recorded paranormal activity in various locations. We cannot guarantee that paranormal activity will take place on the night of the event, but so far to date, our ghosts haven’t disappointed.

17. All bookings made through Haunted Heritage Tours means your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions

We are sure to have a good time, be respectful to the spirit world and to others involved in the event be open minded in your approach, being openly cynical will spoil and tarnish the event for everyone, soak up the atmosphere and hunt some ghosts! You never know what to expect, as every event is unique.

REFUND POLICY

If you cancel any booking within a seven (7) working day period we will issue a full refund less a 5% administration charge.

Requests for a refund more than six (6) weeks before the event will be paid less a 30% cancellation charge

Requests for a refund between six (6) and four (4) weeks prior to the event will be paid less a 50% cancellation charge

No refunds will be given less than four (4) weeks prior to the event

The deposit can be used for a different guest(s) or event if we are notified 48 hours prior to the event
